program search in "Search Programs" section. The instructions below apply to both types of searches.
Reports are organized by Fiscal Year. First. select a Fiscal Year in the drop-down box.
You may type in a word or phrase and/or select filters to refine the search. When entering text into the
"Keyword Search" field you may specify a phrase, a word, or use a Boolean search operator to look for a combination
of words (i.e., AND, OR, AND NOT).
To search reports or programs from previous years, use the "Fiscal Year" drop-down box to select a different year.
Using additional search filters
Additional search filters may be used when performing either a report search or a program search.
You may select from a list of criteria to refine the search results.

or you may search for reports or programs using only search filters. For example, to view all annual reports
for a specific region, you may select that region from the "Region Served" list, and then click "Search Reports".
Please note that more than one filter can be applied to a search. For example, in a "Search Reports",
you may select one or more regions from the "Regions Served" list, as well as one or more organization type

To download data, you must first select a Fiscal Year in the drop-down box.
Next select either an individual organization or "Select All" to generate download options.
If you choose an organization, please select any data fields at the bottom of the page to download a customized report with data from that hospital or HMO.
If you choose "Select All," you may choose either "All Hospitals" or "All HMOs." Once you make this selection, you may then select several types of reports for download:
